These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 2jet platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, payment services, bonuses, and customer support. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2jet. By completing registration on the 2jet platform, clicking "I Agree," logging in to your Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions along with the 2jet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the 2jet platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

To place real-money Bets on 2jet, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2jet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 2jet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 2jet requires completion of Know Your Customer verification. You will be required to submit a valid copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. 2jet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
2jet reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.
All financial transactions on 2jet are denominated in PKR. 2jet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 2jet does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

All content on the 2jet platform, including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio-visual elements, and the overall user interface design, is the intellectual property of 2jet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2jet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the 2jet platform without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jet shall not be liable for:
2jet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2jet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where 2jet reasonably believes the Account is being operated in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of applicable amounts (including voided bonus winnings) will be returned to the User via the original deposit payment method at 2jet's discretion. Accounts terminated for fraud or money laundering will have all balances frozen pending investigation.
Users may also close their own Account at any time by contacting 2jet support. Self-exclusion options are available directly from the Account dashboard without the need to contact support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. In the event of a dispute between you and 2jet arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notification, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
2jet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 2jet will provide reasonable notice by email to registered Users and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 2jet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account by contacting 2jet support.
